Polish Pheasant Tail

Step by step instructions for a highly effective variation on the pheasant tail nymph in the Polish style. The tungsten bead and slim profile make this pattern excellent for short line nymphing in fast water. Follow me on twitter or instagram @flickinfeathers for more fishing content.
Materials Used
Hook: Knapek Gammarus 12-16
Weight: Tungsten bead
Thread: Fluorescent UTC
Tail: Coq de Leon
Rib: Gold Wire
Abdomen: Pheasant tail fibres
Thorax: Squirrel dubbing blended with UV ice dubbing
